Debra always responded quickly. She sent me listings that matched my chosen location and price range. She was very patient with me, even when I didn't put in an offer on the "perfect" house. It really was a great house but there were a few reasons that it wouldn't work for me. She was willing to negotiate and was very professional about it. She and Dean were very helpful. They treated me like a friend and answered my questions with knowledge and honesty. They were even willing to point out potential problems, which I really appreciated. They helped me weigh the pros and cons of each house and to ultimately choose the house that will best fit my needs.

If there’s a situation she’s unfamiliar with, she’s honest about it and gets an answer! And very accommodating with me living in Texas buying in Ohio! Especially when I’d forget about the hour time difference!
